Update

So, I meant to write about this on Tuesday, but I just wasn't coherently with things on Tuesday... So, Monday evening ten minutes before it was time to go home our work lost power. So, for the last ten minutes of work we stood around talking... At one point, I really don't remember how it came up, but one of the girls who works here said that she had a friend who was Wiccan. Minda being sweet and naiive asked what a Wiccan was. The girl who said that her friend was a Wiccan said a witch at the same time my supervisor piped up with a religious cult. I was all ready to comment until my supervisor spoke... I had to really keep myself from laughing. I'm not sure why... Acutally I am.

First off, the people I work with over here actually have brains. So, my supervisors response took me by surprise. I mean I've heard people refer to pagan religions as cults before, but to say it intelligently and stick the word religious in there just cracked me up. So, since I couldn't say anything without laughing, being satrical, and heinous I decided to walk away. It pretty much ended the conversation and we all left.

Anyhow, I just wanted to remember this and maybe share it with some of you. Don't know if any of you will get anything out of it, but I found it to be interesting. Especially, since that is the first person I have EVER let say something incorrectly about a pagan religion without correcting them. And I still can't say anything without laughing... I just have this image of a solitaire Wiccan... You know, a religious cult. ROFLMAO Okay, I'm done...
