Fucking KCPL

Spent a good half hours worth of day time minutes arguing with those m-f---ers. They had started my current service at my new apartment up as requested. However, they waited two weeks after to shut off my old service. The girl insisted that she had no way to reverse the charges since I "did not have a confirmation number." After going round and round with her she finally agreed to get off her lazy bum and fix it. Grrr. I hate utilities that know that you can't take your business else where...
