Need Sleep!

I said I was going to go home last night, shower and go to bed... Didn't happen. Got home, unpacked three boxes and then went out and watched meteors fall. Sleep is not over rated, but I just wish I could take myself up on the offer of getting more.

Locks and Pulls

So, I took my lunch break to run over to a store called Locks and Pulls. I have been in search of a hinge for quite some time and was told to try there. It's taken me a month to get over there because they are only open from 8-5 Monday through Friday. I admit I was annoyed by their hours of operation because generally stores are open a minimum of ten hours a day. However, now that I have been in the actual store I understand why their hours are what they are. They are not running shy on business. Half their business is contractors and the other half were people like me on their lunch hour. They have tons o' kewl hardware stuff, which I've come to find you can't really find around the KC area. So, all in all, I'm over it. I understand the hours and am thankful to have found a place to make me my hinges and can't wait to have a house to someday take advantage of all the kewl stuff they have.

Alright peeps, stop complaining about the rain. The plants need it. I need it. With rain comes beautiful beautiful weather. It just amazes me how many complaints I've heard about the rain today. More complaints about the rain than about the fucking hot weather we were having... WTF people???
