Oh, and the instructions in the book that I got with mine teach a better way of blowing the nose, from the spine or something. Basically it clears out the upper nose, not just the nostrils. It's really cool.

No, my chest crack purveyor is already at GGG.

It entails quickly bringing your abdomen to your spine, which expells stuff from the upper sinuses, not just the nostrils. 8-)

Whatever you do, do not have someone telling jokes while you're neti-ing. It's sort of messy if you giggle-snort with a head full of saline.

Oh, and do the inversions that they mention... head down to drain excess out... otherwise you can end up with excess fluid leaking out when you least expect it.
