Time Warner are fuck heads. My internet is down and not going to be back up 'til Monday when I can have a tech come by. Urgh. Can't I just bring the piece of shit modem in to your office and have you replace it? I'm pretty sure that's what the issue is. Blargh.

If you can bitch at them properly, and get to the local office instead of regional, they can ping your modem and check for packet loss. In that case I was able to swap out modems at the office by your place.
