Off to a good start

So, last night was the first chance I've had in a while to sit around and really do nothing... I actually should have been doing stuff, but for some reason I found myself cuddeling up and chatting on the telephone for a couple of hours. When I finally got off of the telephone I was going through my mail and opening birthday cards, when it really clicked that my birthday was Wednessday, which meant my drivers license was expired... SHIT!!! So, this morning I drug myself out of bed early to go get my new drivers license. Blah... However, on the up side, my license no longer says "not 21 until 7/23/00" under my picture. On the down side, boy can you see in my face that I've gained weight. Ugh...

you can exercise which is good for you and the baby and you can watch your food but do not diet. it's not good for the baby.

Yeah, I've already been told to quit my dieting, which scares me a bit. However, I've been warned away from certain foods. I also, feel that if I keep eatting the way that I have been (plenty of veggies, milk, water, etc) that I should be okay... However, I'm gonna have to start looking up information and asking more questions...

yeah. you can still follow weight watchers. they have a plan for pregnant and breast feeding women. when i first started WW i was still breast feeding. i was actually eating better when i wasn't on a diet. so yeah, WW was good for me even then. you just gotta make sure you remember that you need to eat good foods and that although you aren't eating for two you are. if you know what i mean. :)

I know what you mean. :-) Although, weight watchers only has a plan for breast feeding mothers. If you're pregnant they tell you to come back after you have the baby...

ah, when i was going there was a pregnant woman in our group who was doing a plan sort of like mine while i was breast feeding. i was on like 43 points which was more food than i ever ate in my life. it was really hard for me to keep up with those points.
